Job Description
Remote Scrum Master Scrum Mater JD: ·5+ years of Scrum
Master experience leading 2+ software development teams concurrently. ·Knowledge and
demonstrated experience with Agile principles, values, and practices, including
Scrum and Kanban. ·Knowledge and
demonstrated experience working with key agile delivery metrics (velocity,
cycle time, burndowns, etc.) and agile tooling. Azure DevOps experience
and proficiency is preferred. ·Strong communication
and interpersonal skills, including English proficiency as the role will be
very visible and require effective communication both within the team and with
external stakeholders. ·Project management experience is a plus
