Job Description

Korn Ferry are seeking a senior, delivery-focused Scrum Master, to work with our client, a financial services client in Ireland, as part of their digital transformation programme. The Scrum Master will provide leadership, structure, and momentum while helping teams move from early-stage definition through to end-to-end delivery. 
Key Responsbilities
Act as Scrum Master across multiple agile squads, ensuring consistent and effective agile delivery

Establish and mature agile ways of working, particularly where teams are early in their agile journey

Facilitate all core ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with confidence and authority

Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies across squads

Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and outcomes
