Job Description
Elevate Agile practices as an Intermediate Scrum Master with Permission Enterprise Platform in Toronto. Lead cross-functional teams and drive high-quality software delivery with a focus on collaboration and transparency.
In this onsite position, you will guide the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensure effective Scrum practices are in place. Your expertise will help facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, assist Product Owners with backlogs, and maintain project schedules. Engage with senior executives through program and portfolio reporting while mitigating risks and fostering team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs
