Continental Engineering Services (CES) is looking for a fellow colleague that can act as Scrum Master and drive the organization towards agile mindset transformation in the software development department.

Your Tasks

• Project planning and follow‑up of tasks throughout the full project development cycle with agile mindset.
• Assist the team in meeting their delivery goals by helping the team members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate.
• Promote Agile practices and mindset, help the team embrace Agile values.
• Facilitate the removal of impediments.
• Facilitate team events including daily stand‑ups, iteration planning, iteration review and iteration retrospectives.
