Eaton’s Power Systems is seeking a motivated Scrum Master for the Utility Configuration & Automation Software team in Brossard, Québec. This hybrid role emphasizes Agile principles in multi-site teams.
As a Scrum Master, you will leverage your expertise to coach teams in SAFe practices and facilitate the Scrum events necessary for delivering high-quality utility software. You’ll engage with Product Owners and stakeholders while optimizing iteration goals aligned with overall objectives. Your leadership will drive accountability and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
