Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, sprint progress, and release planning
