Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Daily stand‑ups, Sprint retrospectives, and Sprint Review.
• Proactively assist in removing obstacles for the development team and use escalation paths when needed.
• Work closely with development and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure the sprint goal is understood and priorities are aligned with the project vision.
• Assist Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and support product refinement.
• Provide progress updates to various reporting/governance forums and keep delivery roadmaps up to date.
