Role Overview

In this role, you will act as a servant‑leader and coach, working closely with a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a psychologically safe environment.
The ideal candidate balances strong Agile coaching capabilities with practical project management skills, helping the team align its daily activities with broader organizational goals.
