Technical Sourcing Recruiter ll11 Month Contract

Role OverviewIn this role, you will partner closely with engineering leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire top technical talent at scale. You will own full‑cycle recruiting, deliver a strong candidate experience, and use data to inform recruiting strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull‑Cycle Technical Recruiting
Own end‑to‑end recruiting for engineering roles, including Software Engineers and senior technical contributors
Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
Conduct intake meetings, manage requisitions, and drive hiring plans from opening through offer acceptance
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to identify passive and active engineering talent
