Responsibilities: Handle export shipments & update system (CW1) Prepare & verify shipping docs (HBL, permits, DG) Coordinate bookings, shipments & stakeholders Ensure compliance with procedures & timelines Manage invoicing, billing & disputes Handle shipment issues, claims & follow-ups Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor Details: Changi South Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm Up to $4400 Requirements: Min 1 year freight forwarding experience Knowledge in ocean export & documentation Good MS Office skills
