Secondary Teaching Assistant

Overview

Pink Tile Education is supporting a welcoming secondary school in Chichester in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to join their team in September. This is a full-time permanent position supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 within a mainstream secondary school setting. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support learning, engagement, and student progress across a range of subjects.

Role Responsibilities

• Support students in class to access learning effectively across KS3 and KS4.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and improve progress.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom organisation.
• Support students with varying abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
