Section Head - Hepatology

Shared Health and the University of Manitoba, Department of Internal Medicine, are inviting applications for Section Head, Hepatology. The successful candidate will also be eligible for appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Professor, and will function as a geographical full‑time member of the Max Rady College of Medicine, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba. Based at the Health Sciences Centre, the Section Head will lead a group of academic hepatologists in a busy and expanding liver disease program and report to the Head, Department of Internal Medicine and Provincial Specialty Lead Internal Medicine. The candidate should demonstrate proven leadership abilities, administrative skills, and an interest in furthering undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education in Hepatology.
