Job Summary
Ensure high quality and timely delivery of all projects of the unit and oversee upkeep of the applications and platforms owned by the unit. Develop a full understanding of how the team/section works and orchestrate applicable processes across other teams/sections as needed. Manage all escalations and resolutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Share the delegated responsibility of the head, and own full accountability for delivery in the assigned team/section
- Work closely with other units/counterparties across ITG to ensure seamless delivery
- Enforce adherence to IT SDLC and Governance structure
- Ensure that there is a good understanding of the business unit’s strategic direction
- Ensure alignment of strategies with BDO architecture
- Ensure that the right people are assigned to each project in order to ensure proper support, validation of scope, requirements development, and delivery ownership
