Job Responsibilities
Responsible for safekeeping records, receiving, processing and maintenance of Lost & Found items.
Monitor entrances and exits; acts to prevent unapproved or unlawful entry.
Maintain access control procedure set by management.
Effectively utilize access control systems, visitor management system, Gallagher and iTrak. Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
Responsible in ID and Name Badge production and assigning lockers for team members.
Observes and reports activities and incidents to create secure environment. Prepares logs and reports as required.
In addition, he/she is responsible for assisting the Security Concierge Supervisor to lead the Security Concierge Team in their absence.
Must be a role model of the whole team especially of the Officers.
Must assist the Supervisors to lead, provide training, recommendation...
