Security Cooperation Program Management Specialist

Summary About the Position: This position is located in the ECJ5 Security Cooperation Programs (SCP) Division, Military-to-Military (M2M)/Partnership for Peace (PfP) Programs Branch, Strategy, Plans, and Policy, US European Command (EUCOM) in Stuttgart, Germany. Incumbent serves as a Regional Program Manager (RPM), leading, facilitating, and directing the development and execution of all M2M and NATO PfP activities in support of Country Cooperation Plans. Responsibilities Responsible for program management of over 400 annual Military-to-Military (M2M) activities - full range of planning, analysis, formulation, justification and execution of M2M events, exercises, assessments, conferences, seminars, and workshops.
