Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Monitoring of security guards' duties and responsibilities
• Ensure that Security Protocols / Policy is implemented and being consistency practiced by SGs
• Assessment of risk and safety hazards in the site

Minimum job requirements (Education, experience, skills):

• BOSCH certified and/or OSH certified
• Have been a security officer for at least 2 years
• Preferably worked in a BPO
• Relevant training or certification as a Security Officer
• Well verse in using MS Tools specially presentation tools
• Should completed the following certification: CSP - Certified Security Professional BOSH - Basic Occupational Safety & Health LESP - Lisence to Exercise Security Profession with Security Officer Category ALS - Advance Life Support
