Location: Yate Shopping Centre
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days + 2 nights), 33.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour
Overview
The Site Officer (SO) is the public face of the Security Team and is responsible for ensuring exemplary standards of security and customer service for all visitors and tenants to the site at all times. The SO must act professionally, maintain a positive attitude, and support the Safety and security objectives of the team and the organisation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Interact with all visitors and tenants to provide first‑class customer focused service.
- Carry out regular patrols of the shopping centre as detailed in the site Assignment Instructions and be proactive at all times.
