Job Summary:
The Security Site Supervisor at Parkland Mall is responsible for overseeing all on-site security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for shoppers, tenants, employees, and visitors. This role leads the security team, manages daily operations, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, and support security officers on shift.Conduct regular patrols of the mall, parking areas, and perimeter.Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems.Respond to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and medical situations.Liaise with mall management, tenants, contractors, and emergency services.Ensure all security procedures and health & safety regulations are followed.Complete incident reports, daily logs, and shift handovers accurately and promp...
