Security Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversees security operations within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Responds to incidents, implements emergency programs, and supports safety drills.
• Monitors CCTV systems, identifies potential risks, and recommends smart solutions.
• Leads security investigations, prepares timely reports, and safeguards confidential information.
• Manages security guard staffing, monitors attendance, and enforces disciplinary actions as necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in security operations.
• Skilled in physical security, proficient in MS Office, and able to build strong partnerships with government security forces.
