The Job
You will:
Assist the Assistant Security Manager (Operations) and Security Team Head in managing their respective team including rostering, deployment, supervision of Security Officers Carry out security operations duties during race meetings and/or other events organized by the Club as and when required Ensure the execution of all security processes as laid out in the Security Operations Procedures Respond to incidents and provide relevant information to the Security Control Centre to enable an accurate incident report to be produced Provide applicable recommendations to strive for constant improvement Carry out unannounced inspections of Security Posts to ensure duties are being carried out Perform other related duties as required
