Security Systems Engineer

Ensure the optimal, safe, and continuous operation of electronic security systems (Access Control, CCTV and Monitoring) with a focus on the Genetec Security Center platform. This is achieved through preventive maintenance, project supervision, interdepartmental coordination, and continuous improvement of technological security processes.

• Manage, configure, and maintain the Genetec Security Center software, including cameras, doors, readers, licenses, and events.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV in accordance with the established plan.
• Coordinate effectively with the Security Monitoring Room, ensuring continuous device operability and proper incident response.
• Conduct daily inspections of cameras and doors to ensure correct functionality and compliance with physical security standards.
