Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Supervise a team of Security Officers and Controllers, ensuring adherence to procedures, policies and legal requirements including the Data Protection Act and Health and Safety at Work Act
- Provide operational support and act as a point of contact after hours as needed, taking the lead during incidents and ensuring effective management and escalation of emergencies
- Respond to incidents in back-of-house areas and manage alarm activations effectively
- Ensure effective execution of duties such as patrols, CCTV monitoring and emergency response
- Immediately inform emergency services during major incidents, contact relevant managements representatives, and take necessary actions per assignment instructions
