About the role:

Justteachers is recruiting a resilient and empathetic SEMH Learning Support Assistant for a specialist provision in Corby. This full‑time role begins May 2026 and runs until December 2026. You will support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping them regulate behaviour and engage positively in learning. The school provides strong pastoral support and ongoing staff training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support for pupils with SEMH needs
• Build positive relationships to encourage trust and engagement
