Teaching Personnel is recruiting Teaching Assistants in Gloucester to support children aged 8–16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs across three dedicated sites. The role involves providing academic and emotional support to students in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include offering 1:1 support, helping students manage their emotions, and collaborating with staff. Candidates should have a passion for working with children and, ideally, a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
