Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a Primary SEMH school in South Liverpool.

You’ll be joining an inclusive and supportive school, focused on diversity and promoting a loving academic environment for those with additional needs.

This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs
• Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
• Deliver catch-up sessions
• Supporting with interventions and behaviour management
