Job Description

 You will find students hungry to learn more about God's Word and how to use it effectively. Professors at Maputo Biblical and Theological Seminary (MBTS) have the unique opportunity to help develop leaders who will impact the church in Mozambique and Southern Africa.
  Responsibilities  
 Teach, supervise student research and writing, recruit, advise and mentor students outside the classroom
 Assisting in creating a dynamic environment for theological education
 Assist in developing curriculum and furthering the academic goals of MBTS
  Requirements 
 Master's degree required; Ph.D. (preferred)
 Experience teaching Bible and/or theology in an academic setting preferred
 Cross-cultural experience and vocational ministry experience
 Portuguese language proficiency (or willingness to learn)
 Flexibility, enthusiasm and passion for theological education
