SEN Learning Support Assistant: 1:1 & Small Groups

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in Billericay, Essex. This full-time permanent position requires proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) like autism.

You will provide targeted support to students and assist teachers in adapting learning materials. Ideal candidates are patient, creative, and possess strong communication skills to help children overcome barriers to learning.
