SEN Learning Support Assistant — 1:1 & Small Groups

Randstad Staffing is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in Wickford to provide high-quality support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The role involves targeted 1:1 and small-group support, adapting learning materials, and helping students with their emotional and behavioral needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with SEN children, a Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning, excellent communication skills, and a clean driving license. This is a Full-Time Permanent position without sponsorship options.
