SEN Teaching Assistant — 1:1 & Small-Group Support for KS3-4

Rikama Education is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support students with ASD/SLD and behavioral needs in Edenbridge. The role involves 1-to-1 support and small group work at Key Stage 3 and 4.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant and with mental health conditions. This position offers a long-term contract with excellent pay rates, training, and dedicated consultant support.
