Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Watford (WD25) from September. This full‑time role supports pupils with special educational needs, helping them access learning and thrive within the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Helping to implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
