SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, HABERDASHERS' ACADEMIES TRUST SOUTH

We are looking to appoint a brilliant SEN Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support Assistant to join the team at Haberdashers' Slade Green Primary.

To work as part of the Teaching Assistant Team and deliver high quality support to SEND students in order for them to make good progress in school.

Responsibilities

• To provide effective support for SEN students
• To deliver high quality support for SEN students in class, under the direction of the class teacher, in order for students to make good progress in their learning.
• To work with fellow SEN Teaching Assistants to identify specific needs of each child
• To prepare lessons and resources with which to teach each child as frequently as is required
• To attend occasional review meetings so as to plan and have a broader view of better ways to be more effective when dealing with children
