SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEN school based in the Sutton Coldfield area supporting children with complex and multiple needs, including SLD, PMLD, ASD, and additional sensory and behavioural needs who are aged from 2 up to 11.

The school provides a caring, safe, and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to reach their full potential through a highly personalised and adapted curriculum, including sensory and experiential learning opportunities. Classes are small, typically with 10–12 pupils, allowing for tailored support and strong staff‑pupil relationships.

We are looking for patient, dedicated, and nurturing Teaching Assistants to support pupils both inside and outside the classroom with learning, communication, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour.
