The Coleshill School is seeking an inspirational and highly motivated SENCo to lead and develop our SEND provision and ensure that every student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher and SEND practitioner to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping inclusive practice across the school. We are looking for someone who is passionate about championing the needs of students with SEND, driving high standards of achievement, and supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding provision.
As SENCo, you will:
- Lead and manage the school's SEND provision.
- Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
