SEND Teaching Assistant – Part-time, long-term temporary and ongoing role starting April 2026

Duties as SEND Teaching Assistant
- Provide part-time support for pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Work 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning activities
- Support pupils’ emotional regulation, communication, and engagement
- Assist with tailored interventions in line with individual learning plans
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain consistent routines
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SEND staff
