Teaching Assistant - Resource Base (Complex ASD) – Druids Heath, Birmingham

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join the Resource Base of a welcoming primary school in Druids Heath.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a range of complex needs, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), within a specialist Resource Base provision. The Resource Base caters for up to 24 pupils and provides a structured, nurturing environment designed to help children achieve their individual academic, social, and emotional goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to provide high‑quality support tailored to the individual needs of the pupils.
