SEND Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a learner with complex needs within the home environment. The successful candidate will work closely with and be supported by a qualified teacher , helping to deliver tailored learning activities and provide consistent, structured support to meet the learner’s individual needs.

The role involves assisting with educational activities, supporting engagement with learning, and helping to create a calm, safe and supportive environment where the learner can thrive. The Teaching Assistant will play an important role in helping the learner access the curriculum, develop confidence and make progress both academically and personally.
