Senior Account Executive – Workday Services

Lead the expansion of Kainos’ Public Sector footprint in Canada, in close alignment with Workday Canada’s Public Sector growth strategy. This senior selling role requires a deep understanding of how Workday is prioritized, sold, and implemented across municipalities, provinces, crown agencies, education, and broader public institutions.

Core Focus Areas (Aligned to Workday Canada)

Public Sector Workday Leadership

  • Deep knowledge of Workday’s Public Sector use cases – Financial Management, HCM, Payroll, Sourcing, and Planning – and their application to Canadian challenges such as legacy ERP replacement, workforce complexity, compliance and transparency.

Co‑Sell & Partner Alignment with Workday Canada

  • Function as a seamless extension of Workday Canada’s Public Sector sales teams.
