Our client, a well-established property management company, is looking for an experienced accounting technician to take charge of the complete accounting cycle for several entities.

Your Role

• Accounts payable
• Billing and collection of rents
• Bank reconciliations
• Monthly closings
• Adjusting entries
• GST/QST declarations

Desired Profile

• Experience in property accounting (strong asset)
• DEC in accounting or equivalent
• Good mastery of the complete accounting cycle
• Comfortable with multi-company accounting
• Excellent French
• Knowledge of Hopem: an asset
