Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of department initiatives. Type letters, forms, correspondence, reports, presentations, etc., duplicates and distributes as directed. Serves as departmental safety contact. Schedules employees for training as required. Receive and distribute incoming mail. Maintains stationery and office supplies. Coordinate, organize, schedule, and maintain daily business activities/appointment for the department. Coordinate requests for new hires for telephones, hardware/software, internet, times, etc. Plan and coordinate meetings. Take minutes in various meetings, when necessary.
