Roles & Responsibilities:
4+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Administration, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and platform ownership.
Hands on Implementation experience on Sales,Service and Experience clouds
Strong knowledge of Agentforce tools including Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce for Service Cloud, with experience in configuration and customisation.
Hands-on experience creating and managing Service Agents using Agentforce, including agent behavior definition, actions, guardrails, and response handling.
Practical exposure to Generative AI concepts within Salesforce, including prompt design, grounding strategies, and safe AI usage.
Good understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud including Data Streams and Spaces, Data Explorer, Query Editor, Identity Resolution, Segmentation and Insights.
