Senior AI/ML Engineer (Longitudinal Clinical Intelligence) →

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of the longitudinal clinical intelligence engine at the core of GenTraceDx.

This role focuses on designing and implementing systems that continuously interpret genomic and clinical data in the context of evolving scientific and clinical evidence.

You will work at the intersection of:

• clinical data
• AI systems
• real-world oncology applications

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML systems for longitudinal interpretation of genomic and clinical data
• Develop pipelines that integrate multiomic inputs (WES, RNA) with external knowledge sources
• Build and optimize models that support continuous reanalysis as new evidence emerges
• Implement agentic or retrieval-based systems to incorporate real-time updates from literature, clinical trials, and curated databases
