We need a heavyweight Python Engineer who can architect multi-agent workflows and custom MCP servers.
The Mission
Architect Agentic Flows:

Design Plan → Act → Critique loops and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) orchestration.
Master the Context:

Build custom

MCP servers , context compression, and structured JSON outputs.
Production-Grade RAG:

Implement hybrid search, query rewriting, and grounded citations.
Scale & Safety:

Deploy via FastAPI/Kubernetes with robust guardrails, PII-safe logging, and cost optimization.

Core:

Python (Expert), FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes.
AI:

Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, LangGraph/LangChain.
Data:

Vector DBs, SQL/NoSQL, Hybrid Search.
