Responsibilities
Manage a Salesforce case queue, focusing on meeting customer facing deadlinesParticipate in operational pricing tasks such as pricing tier loads, customer pricing research, credit and rebill requests, and competitive invoice analysisResponsible for weekly/monthly/yearly updates to our tools with the most relevant information from FedEx and other data sourcesAssist the team with improving current processes both internally and crossfunctionallyQualifications
2-4 years of experience preferredBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferredExperience working with Excel, Salesforce, SQL server (running queries) preferred
