Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Android Developer / Technical Lead to own the Android platform end-to-end, from architecture to production. You will lead the modernization from XML/View-based UI to Jetpack Compose while ensuring app stability, scalability, and high code quality.
Requirements
5+ years of native Android development, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role
Strong experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and legacy XML
Proven experience working on large-scale Android applications
Solid understanding of MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Play Store releases
Responsibilities
Lead Android modernization and architecture decisions
Own the release lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments
Enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews
Mentor junior and mid-level developers
Ensure security, compliance, and app quality
