• 2nd or 3rd level technical application support based on various technologies (like Apache Tomcat, Linux based Application Operation, scripting)
• ITIL based ticket administration and documentation.

• Incident, Problem and Change Management

• Participation in customer and vendor calls

• Providing on-call support

• Solving complex problems, doing Root Cause Analysis

• Technical capacity planning, performance tuning, optimization related activities

• Automation related scripting tasks and project support

• Knowledge sharing and developing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in virtualisation (VMware)
  • Automation experience (Ansible, PowerShell)
  • Experience using GITHub, JIRA platforms or SNOW
  • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
  • At least B2 level English AND German language skills
  • Hybrid work: at least 1 office day/week
