ROLE DESCRIPTION

Senior Application Engineer – is the Senior Technical application lead for Technetix Fiber Access products and systems and covers the following

• The technical evaluation, validation, and acceptance of all fiber access products including optical actives, optical passives and software systems.
• Liaising with technology partners and suppliers to ensure parts received meet Technetix requirements and specifications.
• Collaborating with Technetix engineering teams to provide support and guidance for in house developed products and systems – software and hardware.
• Preparing and presenting technical reports to internal teams, technology partners and customers.
• Training internal teams, technology partners and customers in how to install, configure and test fiber access products and systems.
