Responsibilities
- Act as the primary architectural representative on-site, ensuring all works align with approved designs and specifications.
- Monitor construction activities daily to verify compliance with architectural standards, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups ensuring they meet design intent and project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve design-related issues promptly and effectively.
