Senior Associate, Configuration Management (Eden Mills)

About the Role

The Senior Associate, Configuration Management is responsible for supporting configuration management (CM) activities throughout the service phase of the product lifecycle. This role ensures the Configuration Management processes related to Status Accounting and Audit are consistently applied to maintain accurate product configurations in alignment with contractual requirements, Configuration Management best practices, and Quality Standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Product Configuration data from delivery through decommission.
• Review daily reports to identify required updates to ERP system based on As Built BOM changes from Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Action daily ERP updates from autogenerated notifications out of MES.
• Perform corrections and upload historical records in ERP as requested from Customer Service or Program Management teams.
