Position & Team Overview
FinDev Canada, Canada’s development financial institution, is guided by a mandate to positively impact climate and nature action, gender equality, and market development. We drive sustainable development by working with and through the private sector.
We are looking for a (Senior) Impact Associate to support the Development Impact team in conducting impact assessments during investment selection and monitoring portfolio management activities. The role reports to the Director, Development Impact, and works closely with Impact Officers and deal teams to implement FinDev Canada’s Impact Approach.
