This is a full-time Senior Backend Developer role based in Gurugram. You will design, build, and scale robust backend systems, develop high-performance APIs, manage databases, and optimize system performance and security. The role involves driving system architecture decisions, implementing caching and data pipelines, and exploring Generative AI integrations, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and scale REST APIs using Python/Django.
Optimize PostgreSQL performance and implement caching (Redis).
Architect backend systems for reliability, scalability, and speed.
Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
Integrate data ingestion pipelines from Excel and other sources.
Explore and implement Generative AI features into the platform.
Review code, mentor developers, and set engineering best practices.
